Learn about the science of cyanotype, also known as solar printing: making images using sunlight! Great for kids 6 and older.

Come to the Liberty Branch to learn about the science of making images using sunlight! Participants will create silhouette images with special cyanotype paper and two-dimensional shapes.

This event is for children aged 6 and up.  Portions of this event will take place outdoors, so be sure to dress accordingly.

Registration is required. Please register each participant individually.

About the branch

The newest branch in the Delaware County District Library system, the Liberty Branch Library opened Monday, March 27, 2023 to serve the greater Powell and Liberty Township community. Located just west of Liberty High School in the Olentangy School District, the branch boasts 42,000 square feet on three levels to meet the needs of all residents.
