Not all New Year's Resolutions need a gym! If you're wanting to get more exercise, join DCDL and OSU Extension to learn how to exercise even without a gym. Pre-registration required.

Exercising more is a common New Year's Resolution, but gyms aren't always accessible. If you want to exercise more but don't want an expensive membership that might not get used, join DCDL and OSU Extension to learn how to exercise without a gym. We will review the types of exercises and the benefits of each, learn how to incorporate physical activity and exercise into your day, and how to adapt exercise for your fitness level. Changing lifestyles and accomplishing personal goals is already hard enough- so let's address some of the obstacles that make exercising more difficult than it needs to be.

Advanced registration is required for this program.
