Step back in time to the world of medieval castles, knights, and inventions! This interactive STEAM program introduces kids to the medieval era, where they’ll explore STEAM concepts of the past!

By the end of this fun-filled program, kids will have explored how medieval inventions and designs influence the world we live in today, all while improving their skills in science, technology, engineering, art, and math!

Unfamiliar with "STEAM?" STEAM is an educational approach that incorporates the arts into the more-familiar STEM model, which includes science, technology, engineering and mathematics. STEAM programs can also include any of the visual or performing arts, such as dance, design, painting, photography and writing.

About the branch

Located in the heart of Ostrander, the Ostrander Branch Library is our smallest branch at 3,500 square feet. An integral part of the Ostrander community, the Ostrander Branch serves as the primary reference center for the Buckeye Valley School District and local residents.
