Join us during First Friday in downtown Delaware for an interactive mystery adventure where sleuths of all ages can help solve a crime—the Little Brown Jug trophy has vanished from the Library!
Explore downtown Delaware and use STEAM-based forensic activities to track down clues, analyze evidence, and find the Jug! With multiple engaging stations featuring hands-on detective work, this is the perfect evening for families, aspiring investigators, and curious minds.
Can you crack the case? Join us and put your detective skills to the test!
All activities will take place in downtown Delaware, along Sandusky Street, during the Main Street Delaware First Friday on Friday, May 2 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Participation is free. No registration is required.
Presented by the Delaware County District Library, Main Street Delaware, Delaware City Schools, Delaware Area Career Center, and the Friends of the Delaware County District Library as part of the 2025 COSI Science Festival.
As Delaware's Community STEAM Event for the COSI Science Festival, the Library will also be passing out COSI Learning Lunchboxes to the first 500 children at the Bookmobile that evening. Learning Lunchboxes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and children must be present with their adult to take a Lunchbox.
