It's easy to recognize and respect the danger of a tornado or thunderstorm, but severe winter storms can be equally destructive given their scale. Join DCDL and Delaware County Emergency Management for a chance to better understand the causes of severe winter storms and how you can increase your readiness.

About the branch

The newest branch in the Delaware County District Library system, the Liberty Branch Library opened Monday, March 27, 2023 to serve the greater Powell and Liberty Township community. Located just west of Liberty High School in the Olentangy School District, the branch boasts 42,000 square feet on three levels to meet the needs of all residents.
