The Vice President for Enrollment will discuss the Delaware County Promise program, which offers a tuition-free education at OWU for qualifying Delaware County students.

The new Delaware County Promise program provides a tuition-free Ohio Wesleyan University education for qualifying incoming high school students from Delaware County! All high school students who live in or go to school in Delaware County, who have a 3.5 or higher GPA, and whose family has an annual adjusted gross income of less than $100K can now go to Ohio Wesleyan tuition-free.

This program is for students and their adults. No registration is required.  

This program will be also be offered on Wednesday, November 6 at 6:30pm at the Ostrander Branch.

About the branch

The 35,000 square foot Delaware Main Library is the oldest branch of our library system, which serves the public as well as houses a majority of our administrative offices. Located around the corner from downtown Delaware, it serves as our central branch for those on foot as well as those in a rush. 


The Main Library also hosts the Delaware County Genealogical Society. Genealogical Society volunteers are in the Library to assist researchers on limited dates and by appointment.
