Therapy dogs (and their handlers) are non-judgmental reading partners, and they love hearing stories from readers of all abilities and levels. Register for a time to practice reading with a pup.

After you register, a DCDL staff person will email you when to arrive for your turn and provide more details. So make sure that the email address is the best one!

We will do our best to ensure each reader gets about 15 minutes to practice with the dogs.

About the branch

The newest branch in the Delaware County District Library system, the Liberty Branch Library opened Monday, March 27, 2023 to serve the greater Powell and Liberty Township community. Located just west of Liberty High School in the Olentangy School District, the branch boasts 42,000 square feet on three levels to meet the needs of all residents.
