Join the Delaware County Board of Realtors in partnership with the local library for a beginner-friendly educational panel designed for anyone considering a home purchase, regardless of experience level. A panel of professionals—including a Realtor, lender, home inspector, title insurance representative, and home insurance agent—will walk through what buyers can expect in today’s market from preparation to closing. Attendees will learn about current market conditions, financing basics, inspections, contracts, closing costs, and common challenges buyers may encounter. The goal of this session is to provide clear, practical information so participants feel informed and confident before starting the home buying process. The first hour will feature a moderated panel discussion, followed by an optional meet-and-greet for general questions.
