Operations Center
Opened in January 2026, Delaware County District Library's Operation Center is located in Suite 100 of the First Commonwealth Bank building in Orange Township. The building functions as the library system’s administrative headquarters. Its central location and proximity to main roads helps ensure easy access for new staff onboarding and training, meetings, and library administrative functions.
