Supplies:
Cutting board
Knife
Microwave
A Grown-up!
Ingredients:
Small Tortillas (corn or flour)
Favorite Cheese
Lettuce
Veggies (Tomatoes, onions, cilantro -- optional but tasty)
A precooked protein (Fish sticks and chicken are used in the video. Use any protein you have on hand. Pork, ground beef and even scrambled eggs work well.)
One fresh lime (extra, but worth it!)
Optional warm drink option shown at the end of the video:
One packet of hot chocolate mix and a pinch of ground cinnamon
