List of tools and ingredients:
For Apple tuna wraps:
1 can of tuna
1 small apple
Pecans, shelled sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or any kind of nuts to add to tuna salad (optional)
Mayonnaise
yellow mustard
onions or onion powder (optional)
Pinch of salt
lettuce, tomato or favorite sandwich veggies
tortilla wraps
For bento sides:
pre-sliced cheese
small crackers
favorite fruits and veggies
Tools:
Mixing bowl, mixing spoon, sharp knife, butter knife, cutting board, measuring spoons,
bento box, paper plate, or sectioned plastic storage container
