Orange Imagination Garden

Caldecott Honor-winning author/illustrator Molly Idle will join us for an under-the-sea adventure as she discusses her newest mermaid tales "Pearl" and "Coral."

Molly Idle is the creator of the Caldecott Honor-winning Flora and the Flamingo (and the rest of the Flora series). She's also the creator of the Rex series (which includes Tea Rex and Sea Rex), and the mermaid tales Pearl and Coral.

Join us in the Orange Branch Library Imagination Garden on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10 a.m. for a special presentation by Molly.

This is a hybrid even with components online and in-person. Since this is one of our first in-person events we've planned in over a year, we need to be prepared for last-minute changes, just in case. All attendees will be asked to register so we can send updates on a regular basis and you get the information first.

Bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets and get comfy on the ground under our new outdoor pavilion in the Orange Branch Library Imagination Garden. Family units must be seated together and maintain a 6' distance from other families not in their same party. Masks are requested for unvaccinated individuals 2 and older.
