Join us for a conversation about difficult decisions to make at the end of life.
With advancements in medical technologies, there are more and more ways to keep loved ones alive. But just because we can, should we and would they want to be kept alive? Families face difficult medical end-of-life decisions about their loved ones every day. Would they want to be kept alive with a breathing tube? a feeding tube? Have they shared their wishes or what quality of life means to them? How do you know what decision to make if you've never had the conversation? A presentation about such difficult decisions and group discussion (with real-life cases) will be a part of this event.
