Do tough situations and emotions make you blow up like a pufferfish or sting like a jellyfish? If so, come check out tips and tricks for getting those feelings under control. For ages 8-12!

Participants will learn healthy ways to respond to uncomfortable emotions and will leave with multiple ways to practice calming at home.

This program will also be available at these locations:

About the branch

The Orange Branch Library is located in Orange Township just north of the township's fire station, park and pool. At 33,000 square feet, this branch has a drive-up book drop and drive through pick-up window, along with many other special sustainable building features. The building also houses our Outreach Services Department and the Imagination Garden.
