We'll work to design your own bookmark and get it cut out on our laser cutter. Students will then get experience with preparing the file to be laser cut.
This fulfills the sections of the Maker Studio Passport Laser Track: "Hands-on machine tutorial," "Engrave an object," and "Cut an object."

The Maker Studio functions as both an educational center for STEAM activities, as well as an open digital fabrication and creation studio for the public. It includes a 3-D printer, vinyl cutter, laser cutter/engraver, sewing machines and more for use by the public during open lab hours.
