This program will cover how to use Tinkercad to create simple 3D designs and how to prepare them for printing using PrusaSlicer.
Creating a design for 3D printing can seem highly technical and daunting. But Tinkercad makes creating simple 3D designs very easy to do. This class will look at the design program and how to use it, then demonstrate what it takes to put that design onto the printer itself.

The Maker Studio functions as both an educational center for STEAM activities, as well as an open digital fabrication and creation studio for the public. It includes a 3-D printer, vinyl cutter, laser cutter/engraver, sewing machines and more for use by the public during open lab hours.
