The Friends of the Delaware County District Library will hear from local historian and author Brent Carson and local educator and co-author Dr. Ric Stranges for their book "Carried Treasures."
Whether you have officially joined the Friends of the Library as a member or not, join us at the Delaware Main Library to hear from local author, historian and speaker Brent Carson and Delaware Hayes High School principal Dr. Ric Stranges. Their book, "Carried Treasures: Stories of Delaware County, Ohio" will debut this fall and they will have plenty of stories to tell!
The presentation will follow a brief annual meeting and election of officers for the Friends of the Delaware County District Library.

The 35,000 square foot Delaware Main Library is the oldest branch of our library system, which serves the public as well as houses a majority of our administrative offices. Located around the corner from downtown Delaware, it serves as our central branch for those on foot as well as those in a rush.
The Main Library also hosts the Delaware County Genealogical Society. Genealogical Society volunteers are in the Library to assist researchers on limited dates and by appointment.
