The Delaware County Master Gardener Association (DCMGA) is a 501 (c) (3) organization incorporated in the State of Ohio. Members of DCMGA are Master Gardener Volunteers in the Master Gardener Program of The Ohio State University Extension. The mission of DCMGA is to teach environmentally sound, research-based gardening practices to the citizens of Delaware County.

The newest branch in the Delaware County District Library system, the Liberty Branch Library opened Monday, March 27, 2023 to serve the greater Powell and Liberty Township community. Located just west of Liberty High School in the Olentangy School District, the branch boasts 42,000 square feet on three levels to meet the needs of all residents.
