Syntero is offering a free prevention workshop for students in 1st-8th grade over winter break at the Liberty Library. This workshop will help students build developmentally appropriate skills for coping with stress and the “winter blues,” navigating changes in routine and expectations, and spending time with others. Students will practice these skills by participating in conversations and completing crafts such as snowmen stress balls or calming snow globes.  While your student is having fun in this workshop, caregivers can join a Syntero clinician to discuss their self-care strategies and ways to support students at home.
