This workshop looks at defining our most important values, assessing our life balance, and bringing them into alignment with each other. Registration Required.

In a world that views being busy as a status symbol, it can be easy to lose sight of what matters most. We end up constantly rushed, squeezing as much into our day as possible, constantly seeking new and better ways to get more done, and perpetually on the edge of burn-out. These feelings of time scarcity, or 'hurry sickness', can have a real cost on our individual wellbeing, but those same feelings can also prevent us from slowing down to prioritize among the many obligations thrown our way.

In this workshop, we'll slow down to explore our values, what needs prioritized, the ways we spend our time, and how we can bring them into alignment through a blend of facilitated conversation, reflective activities, and practical exercises.  Registration Required
