Register for this weekly six-week course, presented by SourcePoint, to teach family caregivers how to care for their loved ones and themselves, and develop tools to face the challenges of caregiving.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based, free, six-week, online workshop that helps family caregivers develop tools and strategies to face the challenges of caregiving, including how to:
• Identify and reduce personal stress.
• Communicate your own feelings, needs, and concerns.
• Communicate in challenging situations.
• Learn from your emotions.
• Master caregiving decisions.
This course is designed for those new to caregiving, preparing to be caregivers, or experienced caregivers.It meets on Mondays January 25 - March 1 from 1 - 2:30 p.m.

Each caregiver will receive an email from Jessica Adams (Caregiver Program Coordinator) with a link to the online workshop, as well as a copy of “The Caregiver Handbook” and other handouts in the mail.
SourcePoint’s caregiver programs are funded in part by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging.
To be eligible for the workshop, attendees must either be a resident of Delaware County age 55+, or caring for someone age 55+ in Delaware County. Not intended for professional caregivers.
